FREIGHT & SHIPPING
Freight charges are based on the total weight of your order and apply to all shipments, including backorders. Freight fees are charged for backorders separately.
For shipments to multiple locations, each location will incur separate shipping charges. If shipping from multiple vendor locations, each will be billed individually for shipping.
The Laughing Giraffe® is not responsible for lost or delayed orders, and freight fees are non-refundable.
Order Processing and Shipping Information
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Our shipping process involves several steps, including receiving, processing, and fulfilling your order. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy. Logoblanks Distribution Network
At Logoblanks, shipping is based on weight and destination. We use FedEx and USPS Priority primarily, but we also ship UPS if you prefer. Unless you tell us otherwise, if the shipment is less than 3 lbs. we go with USPS Priority. For over 3 lbs. we ship with FedEx. Why 3 lbs.? Because that is the general threshold where it makes sense financially. Delivery times depend on the destination, but generally, it’s between 3-5 business days.

As a general rule, shipping within the US will generally account for 8-20% of your order. However, this will vary based on weight & Zip Code) International orders are usually almost double.
